These are the steps we will take you through if you were to call us, so please help us out and we can focus on the problem faster!

If the problem is you cannot see the "my documents" folder, log off, then log back on.

If the problem is an application that is not working correctly, then restart your computer.

If the computer is frozen, you cannot use the start-shutdown, push and hold the power button in for 8 seconds. The computer will shutdown. Give it about 10 seconds, in full shutdown, and then turn it back on.
